Computer Help From The ATW Forums

(This question was from our Computer Help Forum where you'll always find a helping hand with your computer and software questions.)

I haven't been able to see any of the videos on this site, plus several others on the web. I hit the click for the video and up comes a little box with green on the bottom of it. From Camtasia Studio.

It says I have to have java script enabled and the latest version of the macromedio flash player.

I can't tell you how many times I've downloaded the flash player. I went into the browser internet options and made sure the java script enabled. there was another little box that mentioned java, so I enabled that one too.

Answer...

We had this problem with Holly's computer. I finally found out that Adobe makes it nearly impossible to un-install Flash Player without using their Un-install tool located here...

Once you un-install the old version using this tool, you will be able to successfully install the newer version and then you can watch videos again.
