"The best product I have found to remove adhesive from hoops is "OOPS". It is a multi-purpose remover. I use a Q-tip, dip it in the remover and then rub along the edge of the hoop where the residue of adhesive collects and it comes off. The smell is not great and long term exposure can cause problems, but I have no children, will not be having more so it works well for me."
