"I have a a thread rack for embroidery thread. I have found that when I hang my little embroidery scissors on one of the spindles there is never the mad search tyring to find it when it's needed. Saves a lot of frustration!. I also mark my regular thread spools with a black marker to show where the slot is to keep the thread from unwinding."
