After all the New Year's I have celebrated , and it is now becoming "quite a few"....I have made a promise to myself to commit to what I now term "Life Long Resolutions", and those are:
1. Treat people with the respect they so deserve
2. Never take for granted anything in life and appreciate everything and everyone that is in your life - they all have a purpose
3. Tell those people closest and dearest to you that you love them - it is something that everyone should do and should hear
4. Give more than you take in life and in love
5. Treasure your family and friends, they are a daily gift
6. And finally, take a little time each day for yourself whether it is to relax, recharge, creat or rest....it's good for your spirit and your soul
