My New Year's Resolution? I have a few every year, and they are mostly the same....to still be alive and well through the year, to be happy, and for my family and friends to have a safe and prosperous New Year. Since I was married earlier this year, I am thankful everyday for the gift of my husband and best friend.
I want to sew more, to embroider more, and to gift to those less fortunate. I want to be able to continue to work at the job I love (I visit with new mommies and their newborns in their homes after they are discharged from the hospital) and to serve my Lord, doing what He would want me to do.
Thanks for letting me share.

I would like to spent more time with my family, and do embroidery for them, so I have been looking for different things that I think they would like for now and maybe they could like back at some point and remember some fun times

My new year's resolution is to finally learn how to machine embroider. I bought my machine 4 years ago and the few times I have tried have been a disaster. My machine has been great for putting together t-shirt quilts and I can do lettering, but embroidering has been nothing but frustration.
