Did you know YOU can have your comments added to any of the articles here?
I've just turned this feature on about a week ago and many of you have already discovered how to use it. For those who hadn't noticed it before though, here's how it works...
At the bottom of each article you'll see a small horizontal line across the screen. Below the line are the words "permalink" and "comments". I'll explain both of these features.
The "permalink" allows webmasters to add a link to their site or blog that takes their readers directly to that article above the horizontal line. If you own a site and would like to tell your readers something that's on this site, just copy the permalink and add it to your page or your email.
The "comments" link allows everyone that is reading an article to comment on it. Just click the "comments" link and read any comments already posted and add yours too if you'd like.
(All comments are held for approval by one of us in order to prevent you seeing the spam that's also left as comments.)
Here's an example of a comment left by a reader...
"The new Christmas design set is very nice. When you say members can download the entire set ...is that free? How much does it cost to join? I have enjoyed your newsletter for a year or more. I have a Viking SE and I do some embroidering, not a lot, but I do enjoy it. I am not extremely computer savvy, but I am willing to learn. I am in my "golden" years and also have other things which take up my time. Can you recommend one of your DVD's which would help me. Thanks."
When I saw Marty's comment a couple hours later, I was able to leave an answer for her and I also emailed my answer to her.
So -- what's your comment?

The best way to enjoy your golden years is to "learn more" about computers and make that SE "sing".... I'm retired as well, living in a community..
my last job required me to become "friendly" with the computer... let me tell you this was a challenge.. the last piece of equipment I understood was an electric typewriter...
I don't digitize and am in awe of those that do, but I am blessed by the generosity of these people and others like them and have learned to download, convert and add lettering or combine...
There is not a Holiday that goes by that I do not work my D1 really hard... it is my best friend and solice.... Life is busy and hectic around me, but when that happens.. I go straight to my sewing room....
learn and enjoy and use ANYTHING ATW can offer.. they have the best and most understandable info around...Thanks for listening and good luck to you! Happy Holiday...
Happy Healthy New Year... Barbara

I have been receiving the Bobbin Buzz News letter for some time now and enjoy the free designs. I am not very computer smart yet with the emb. programs yet. I have a BabyLoc
Esante ESE2 machine. and have enjoyed it very much. I purchased a Simplicity Smart box transfer system. The only thing is it is just that you cannot resize or add lettering or combine patterns with it. but at least i can download patterns from computer to a disk and use them on my machine. I have managed that part so far. I just wanted to find out about the designs I get from your site. I need to know what is the most used brand of thread, or how can I know what brand is used in the emb patterns from your site. I have Maderia and sometimes the sew out of a pattern doesn't look as good as I am sure it was meant to be. Please let me know what to do to make sure I make the designs look as they were meant to look. Thanks for your help and i will be looking at other articles on your site to educate myself. (I hope) Thanks again Sara

Hi Larry. This is a very nice feature, especially since it enables us to hear from those who don't "speak" on the forum. So I must say Hi and welcome to Marty and Barbara. You girls are not the only 'middle-aged' here...there are lots of US.
