Margaret T. Lankford:

Why do I keep getting cutoff? I have been trying to read the newsletter and download a few designs for Feb and don;t seem to be making to much headway as I keep getting the due to inactivity you will be cut off and then I have to go back through the whole ritual. and still haven't gotten the downloads or all the news read! It doesn't usually do it quite so often and in so short a time.

Hi Maggie -

When you login to our websites you normally move from page to page every few seconds or minutes, depending on what you're doing. If you don't change pages for 20 minutes then the system assumes you have walked away from your computer and just forgot to logoff the website. When 18 minutes have passed, it pops up a 2-minute warning that youre about to be logged out. It then logs you out automatically after 20 minutes of non-use. So if you're still there, either click the "refresh" (green up/down arrows) button, or change pages at least once every 20 minutes.
