When I downloaded the sampler and unzipped the file my documents showed that the file were there PES format, however when I opened my software it showed that there was no data available...??? Help! Thanks, Nadyne
Hi N - Try re-downloading in case you got a bad download. Not normally the problem but it does happen. Usually that means the design is in a newer version of PES than what your sofware recognizes. The PES format has changed over the years while others haven't so one way to deal with this is to get the HUS version and let your program "import" the design. There are other solutions too.

I am new to machine embroidery. I have wanted one for several years and my husband surprised me with a machine last Christmas. I am having so much fun learning how to do this art. I want to thank you for all your information and for the wonderful freebies! The funny monkeys remind me of my grandkids...I have been thinking I would make them pillowcases for Christmas and now I know just what to embroider on them! Thanks!! Laurel
