" I have arthritis in my hands and fingers, my tip is I put those foam cushions you can buy for pencils or pens to make then easier to hang on to on my hoops to make it easier to turn the screw. They are soft and slip right over the turn screw just perfect. Has help me alot! I don't use the ergonmic ones I use the foam ones "
